We do not provide these rights for business-to-business (B2B) personal information.

Once the company receives and verifies your request, it will delete, deidentify, or aggregate your personal information from the records unless an exception applies.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. To designate an authorized agent, you need to present a document with the agent’s full name, contact information, a statement permitting the agent access to your personal information or requesting deletion, and your signature to sales@globalmarketestimates.com

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within twelve (12) months. The request must:

  • Provide sufficient information to verify your identity or authority to make the request
  • Describe your request in adequate detail for us to properly comprehend, evaluate, and respond

GME will not retort to your request or provide personal information if it fails to verify your identity or authority. The company will only use personal information provided in a request to validate the requestor’s identity or authority.

8.4.4. RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT

GME responds all-out to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days. If the company needs more time, you will be informed about the reason for the extension period. The company will deliver a written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

The company does not charge any fee to process or reply to your requests unless they are excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If we determine a fee is necessary, we will provide a cost estimation prior to finalizing your request.

8.4.5. OPT-OUT AND OPT-IN RIGHTS

If you are sixteen (16) years or older, GME provides the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. GME avoids selling the personal information of consumers who are below sixteen (16) unless it receives confirmatory authorization from the consumer (between thirteen (13) and sixteen (16) years old) or their parent/guardian (if under thirteen (13)). Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales can opt-out at any time.

To exercise the right to opt-out, submit a request to sales@globalmarketestimates.com. After opting out, the company will wait around twelve (12) months before inquiring you to reauthorize sales of your personal information. You can opt back in by submitting a request to sales@globalmarketestimates.com. The company will only utilize personal data given in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

Global Market Estimates Research & Consultants records all outgoing and incoming calls for training and development purposes and to assess client requirements effectively. All recordings are kept confidential.
